Version: 0.3.1-1

Hello!

Both src:libdex and src:sysprof have unconditional build dependencies on each other
meaning that's not possible to bootstrap gtk4 at the moment. This affects riscv64
and loong64.

Either libdex or sysprof need to be changed to have a build profile for bootstrapping
without the other.

Thanks,
Adrian
