When type a '%' character in an --inputbox dialog doesn't return it.
This is very bad because '%' in msql has the meaning of '*' in wildcards.
I'm trying to build a query...

You can easily reproduce this bug by using the sampls which are
distrubuted with dialog's source but are left out in the debian release.

	sh inputbox

Type in "bla%"

and you get

	Input string is 'bla'

which is wrong. :(
