Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0] we noticed that
python-pyramid could not be built reproducibly.

This is because the help2man commands actually fail to execute
correctly and include build paths in their error message. This is
due to PYTHONPATH being set to the incorrect location.
