Version: 2.20.4

Dear Maintainer,

https://jenkins.debian.net/job/reproducible_debian_rebuilder_prototype/924/console (attached)
is a case where sbuild cannot satisfy the build-depends as instructed by debrebuild.
https://jenkins.debian.net/job/reproducible_debian_rebuilder_prototype/925/console (also attached)
is a similar case with a different package.

the 924 log says
	unsat-dependency: binutils:amd64 (= 2.35-1)
while it also also says:
The following sources.list contains all the required repositories:
	deb http://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20200806T145518Z/ unstable main

and indeed
https://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20200806T145518Z/pool/main/b/binutils/binutils_2.35-1_amd64.deb
exists.

the 925 log has a similar problem with automake 1:1.16.2-1 which exists in
https://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20200605T030256Z/pool/main/a/automake-1.16/

Please not that deb#969098 is similar but not the same, I believe because i
don't see the string "cannot find $pkg/$version/$arch in dumpavail" here.

In Europe there are people prosecuted by courts because they saved other people
from drowning in the Mediterranean Sea. That is almost as absurd as if there
were people being prosecuted because they save humans from drowning in the sea.

hi,

there's a little whitespace problem in this patch, which made me
file #970095 (and which I'm closing with this mail as the relevant
code is not yet in devscripts.git but just in
https://salsa.debian.org/debian/devscripts/-/merge_requests/203 )
