Dear Maintainer,

It seems that note has a new dependency since 1.3.6

Trying to install it on a fresh debian install, I get the following error launching note, with the version 1.3.26-3:

Can't locate YAML.pm in @INC (you may need to install the YAML module) (@INC contains: /usr/bin/.. blib/lib /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.24.1 /usr/local/share/perl/5.24.1 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl5/5.24 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.24 /usr/share/perl/5.24 /usr/local/lib/site_perl /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl-base) at /usr/bin/note line 40.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/bin/note line 40.

Installing the package libyaml-perl solves the problem.
