Hi,
Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0] we noticed that
cloudkitty could not be built reproducibly. This is because it embeds
the current CPU count (and similar) in cloudkitty.conf under the
/usr/share/cloudkitty-common directory.
A patch is attached that uses the `sample_default` mechanism.
