Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0] we noticed that
parsinsert could not be built reproducibly.

This is because it can ship a test logfile that contains non-
deterministic timing data (eg. "2 secs"). Patch attached that simply
does not ship this file in the binary package.
