python3-pyqt5.qtwebenginecore is missing (and calibre package has
no dependency on it)

Thanks for the reports, indeed, the Python 2 version of qtwebengine is
not available (anymore since the extraction from the main pyqt5
package).
That means, that Calibre >= 4.0 will not be able to run on Debian for
now.
I will upload a version that reverts to 3.48, and this will be the
last version of Calibre in Debian until upstream Calibre switches to
Python3, which hopefully will happen at some point.
