Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0] we noticed
that fathom could not be built reproducibly.

This is because it did not use the CFLAGS (etc.) provided by dpkg-
buildflags(1) and thus it was missing the calls to -fdebug-prefix-map
calls (and others).

Patch attached.
