As briefly discussed IRL and then after some followup work, since:

  https://salsa.debian.org/reproducible-builds/strip-nondeterminism/commit/27b730ec954d711ad663ffde1954223855d1621f

… we can now drop the Jenkins jobs for strip-nondeterminism. Using
Salsa not only offloads the maintenance work elsewhere, it also
supports local merge requests, etc.
