Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0] we noticed that
python-os-faults could not be built reproducibly.

This is because the documentation runs "os-inject-fault --help" (etc)
and embeds the output. However,, as this would fail to execute due to
the lack of the "os_faults" Python module being available, it would
result in a stack trace that included the (varying) absolute build
path being added to the documentation itself.

It is likely you did not see this locally during development as you
had "os_faults" installed already.

Patch attached.
