Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed
that ghmm could not be built reproducibly.

This is because it includes the CFLAGS used to build the package
in the "ghmm-config" binary which then include the absolute build
path via (eg.) the -ffile-prefix-map flag.
