Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed
that heudiconv could not be built reproducibly.

This is due to a Python warning embedding the build path which then
ends up in the help output and thus the binary package (!).

Patch attached.

oh well -- I have missed all the reports (misconfigured debian.net
MX for a few months, heh).  So only saw the effect of RM.  Just want to
clarify

heudiconv is maintained

python3 support was added upstream as of 0.3 I believe so current
removed version of the package just needed tune up to packaging

PS given that https://ftp-master.debian.org/new.html already quite
   "stuffed" and processing times seems to be months ATM, may be removals
   are given more consideration
