* Package name    : gotop
  Version         : 2.0.0-1
  Upstream Author : Caleb Bassi
* URL             : https://github.com/cjbassi/gotop
* License         : AGPL-3.0
  Programming Lang: Go
  Description : A terminal based graphical activity monitor inspired by gtop and vtop

This is another terminal based graphical activity monitor,
inspired by gtop and vtop, this time written in Golang.

It shows CPU/Disk/Memory/Network usage and process lists in a
user-friendly interface, with historical graphs.

--

This is a really neat little package, I am not aware of something that
would show memory usage over time in a terminal graph like this
currently in Debian. Correct my if I'm wrong.

dh-make-golang has this estimate:

    $ dh-make-golang estimate github.com/cjbassi/gotop
    2019/02/03 15:55:45 Bringing github.com/cjbassi/gotop to Debian requires packaging the following Go packages:
    github.com/cjbassi/gotop
      github.com/docopt/docopt.go
          github.com/gizak/termui
            github.com/cjbassi/drawille-go
        github.com/distatus/battery
      github.com/ProtonMail/go-appdir

So it will require a few deps to be bundled, but those look useful in
themselves as well.

Will package this as part of the golang team, as usual.

Control: block 921276 by 921286 921285 921287 921288

The above estimate is incorrect: docopt is already packaged, for
example.

I've filed more ITPs for the other (currently) known build-deps, but
that might grow a little more. I didn't notice an RFP for termui
(#890567) so we have a duplicate there (#921286).

I also filed a bunch of bugs upstream so they issue proper releases.

Unfortunately, with the freeze looming on feb 12, it is unlikely this
will cross NEW any time soon. It might make it to bullseye eventually,
hopefully, but I'll probably take a break from this one until the freeze
is over and focus on RC bugfixing.

This will give time for upstreams to get their stuff in order as well
(specifically, in https://github.com/distatus/battery/issues/9)...
