Hi,
Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed
that tracker could not be built reproducibly.
This is because the header files shipped in the binary encode the
full, absolute, path name via "@filename@".
Patch attached that uses "@basename@" instead. It does not need to be
changed in the .c files too (as they comments get "stripped",
obviously...), but otherwise it ends up being a little strange.

This was fixed in Debian by reverting back to building with autotools.
(See https://bugs.debian.org/915551 for explanation.)
I forwarded your patch upstream so that this will also be fixed when
we switch to meson in the future.
