Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed
that mblaze could not be built reproducibly.

This is due to (upstream) misspelling SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH as
SOURCE_TIME_EPOCH.

Patch attached.
