The build was made with "dpkg-buildpackage -A" in my autobuilder.

If this is really a bug in one of the build-depends, please use reassign and affects,
so that this is still visible in the BTS web page for this package.

It might make sense for building fribidi itself,
but not as part of the external API headers.

Which file is this supposed to include?
And what contents is expected from that file?

config.h is a pretty generic name, and even when a file with that name 
exists somewhere it might contain anything (or nothing).
