Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed
that weston could not be built reproducibly.

This is because it uses the build path in the final binary package
(which is then broken anyway). Patch attached that uses @libexecdir@,
which is where file lives at runtime. :)
