* 30a64ebae Add zfs-import.target services in spec file
* da16fc573 Enable zfs-import.target in systemd preset (#6968)

The last three shouldn't affect Debian users. The ztest change
shouldn't affect normal users.

504bfc8b4, OTOH, is very relevant. Be especially careful force
importing any multihost pool, especially before 0.6.5 lands.
