I have filed a pull request upstream to fix this FTBFS at
https://github.com/cernekee/stoken/pull/38. I am attaching the patch
here for convenience, which can be applied cleanly to the Debian package
to fix this.

I was going to nmu this since I thought it might be holding up the
libtomcrypt transition, but that seems to have gone ahead anyway despite
this bug. And Kevin looks to be taking care of this.
