Welcome back ff64a-armhf-rb.debian.net. Specs and fingerprints are
unchanged.

With the 4.14-rc1 kernel, the firefly-rk3399 boards have working cpufreq
support, and so the CPU can run at full speed (on most of the cores, at
least).

Hopefully everything needed to enable these is in those commits.

merged and deploying, currently recreating the schroots and then reenabling the builders…!
