Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed
that doit could not be built reproducibly. This is because it
includes the buildpath in the generated manpage.

(I don't really want to patch that out - it's clearly useful to them
for some reason? - so I simply strip it when creating the manpage.)
