Thank you! I'm not sure to understand why ca-certificates-java messes
with jvm.cfg, and why the server VM is no longer available on armhf
(maybe it never was?). But if it was tested and it improves the
situation that's fine. We can still do better later.

right, this mess should be removed, and we should investigate why the package is
doing that. openjdk has a fallback jvm-default.cfg which is available after
unpacking openjdk, so ca-certificates-java doesn't have to create one on it's own.

With the last upload we now build openjdk from the ARM32 hotspot jvm, which only
provides the client vm. zero always advertises itself as the server VM.
