Upon session initialisation, the user is asked about their gender,
where only male and female are provided as options. Would it be
possible to add at least a third option, or skip this altogether?

Third option is to click between the two gender icons.

However, there is no fourth or fifth option, and it isn't clear why
Sugar asks the question in the first place.
