Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed
that janus could not be built reproducibly.

There seems to be a bug in the patch, because
[test -n "x$SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH"]

is always true, because "x" will always be a non-empty string

Patch was adopted upstream and included in Debian since 0.2.4-1.
