Adding `ca-certificates` to Build-Depends works, but then I get different
test failures in the same area (so not tagging as patch).
(Not that the package should really be accessing the internet in the first
place...)

I've uploaded coyim 0.3.7-2.1 to DELAYED/5:
coyim (0.3.7-2.1) unstable; urgency=medium
* Non-maintainer upload.
* Skip tests that require internet access to avoid FTBFS. Whilst this was
proximately caused by missing Build-Depends on "ca-certificates", the
testsuite would remain brittle due to it requiring an internet connection
and a valid remote SSL certificate at www.olabini.se:443.
(Closes: #863414)
The full debdiff is attached.

No problem; and feel free to upload your own version now to avoid the
ickiness of having to incorporate an NMU into your packaging repo. :)
