Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed
that armagetronad could not be built reproducibly.

Patch attached. I didn't merge it with the existing patch to avoid
a diff-of-diffs, but it should be obvious.

(Also, did you consider using $SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH instead of hard-coding
some date in 2016?)
