It started as a joke on #-devel, but it would be nice to have packages with epoch bumped
go in new queue, in the past we had a lot of such wrong bump done by DM, or DD
not understanding correctly what they were doing.
Is it possible to make them go in a new queue so you can double check if the bump
is really needed?
