Opencc will abort unexpectedly on i386/armhf.

Steps to reproduce:

1. sh -c "opencc"

Stderr:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::length_error'
  what():  basic_string::_M_replace_aux

Thanks for  the report, it appears that to ocd data files depends on
the size of size_t, so we need to make it arch:any instead of
arch:all.
