Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed
that minicoredumper could not be built reproducibly.

This is due to exluding var/crash from dh_fixperms (to keep the
subdirectories' permissions intact?) which means that the group "write"
bit is inherited from the system's umask.

Patch attached.
