as per https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=797547#10
the package is unmaintained and has RC bugs that prevent it to work
even in jessie, and it also lacks PHP 7.0 support.

Therefore please remove it from Debian unstable to unblock src:php5
removal.
