Dear ftp-masters,

acidbase is preventing removal of php5.  The package is RC-buggy,
upstream homepage doesn't exist and last package upload was in 2014;

It has been already removed from unstable (#707921), but it has been
reuploaded by maintainer without fixing the security bugs that have
been the reason for removal.
