About the archive rebuild: The rebuild was done on EC2 VM instances from
Amazon Web Services, using a clean, minimal and up-to-date chroot. Every
failed build was retried once to eliminate random failures.

closing the bug now because the following:
* the issue was in the python stack (see #844421)
* the python stack has been updated and fixed the bug already
Moreover, keeping this bug opened will result in rpmlint being removed
from testing.
