Hello. This was a bug in xml-core, the package containing
dh_installxmlcatalogs, which get confused about debhelper version "10"
not containing any dot.

It was fixed just yesterday, so autobuilders should really try again.

I'm going to do the usual tidy up (reassign + affects).

Actually, the bug is indeed in the web page for dia:

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?src=dia

but since it's fixed, it's at the bottom, not at the top, so it's easy
to miss. It happened to me in a similar case as well :-)
