0.2 but was (silently!) changed for the 0.3 upload.

Oh, no attribution issues whatsoever, more of a friendly thing. Always better
to err on attribution as it encourages further patches from new users IMHO. :)

Sure. But in your case, I only can add attribution by modifying
alredy-was-in-archive changelog.
