Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], I noticed
that uhub could not be built reproducibly.

This was because dh_fixperms was not being called (to avoid mangling
the existing chmod), meaning that files were installed to the .deb
varying on the current umask.

The solution is to reinstate the call to dh_fixperms but to use its
--exclude/-X argument.

There hasn't seem to be any update on this bug in 59 days, in which
time the Reproducible Builds effort has come on a long way. :)

Would you consider applying this patch and uploading?

Alas, there hasn't seem to be any further update to this bug in 84 days.
Would you consider applying this patch and uploading prior to the upcoming
