diffoscope ftbfs because test files are missing in the uploaded source

Indeed. This was technically "user error".

(Note that it caused the removal from unstable, hence the quicker-than-usual
upload of 59, also encouraged by the widespread advertisement of the new
trydiffoscope tool.)
