The following command does not autocomplete:
rsync root@host:'dat' /<Tab>
bash-completion is installed. The following is uncommented in /etc/bash.bashrc:
if ! shopt -oq posix; then
if [ -f /usr/share/bash-completion/bash_completion ]; then
. /usr/share/bash-completion/bash_completion
elif [ -f /etc/bash_completion ]; then
. /etc/bash_completion
fi
fi
Completion works normally in other commands, such as dpkg.
"rsync root@host:dat /<Tab>" works normally.

The rsync package does not contain any bash completion files;
hence I'm reassigning this bug to the bash-completion package.
