I recently packaged php-league-flysystem as used by owncloud, but
owncloud is going away, see #816376. There is a priori little point in
shipping php-league-flysystem in a Debian stable release.

I intend to follow up with an RM request in a few months if nobody
objects (but feel free to beat me to it).
