After my upload of lzop/1.03-3.1, it turns out that lzop no longer
builds on powerpc, with a large number of errors like

However, this has nothing to do with the NMU -- the previous version
lzop/1.03-3 which does not use dh-autoreconf fails in unstable, too,
while lzop/1.03-3.1 builds just fine on jessie.
