Needrestart doesn't properly handle systemd unit names that contain dots
(e.g., "postgresql@9.5-main.service"). It strips the part of the unit
name that comes before any embedded dots (producing e.g.
"5-main.service"). This mangled unit name then can't be restarted.

This appears to have already been fixed upstream (see
https://github.com/liske/needrestart/pull/19).
