Please reconsider packaging this until it's ported to Qt5.  Qt4 is unsupported upstream and we are doing our best to reduce depending on it.  The Qt-KDE team would, I'm sure, appreciate it if you'd wait.

Martin Wimpress and I will contact upstream about porting the above Qt  
module to Qt5.

Is this package related to MATE? I received this mail through the
pkg-mate-team list but, OTOH, you don't mention MATE anywhere in this
bug report?

This package is required (well, a Qt5 port of this package) to support  
Qt5 applications with mate-applet-topmenu.

So indirectly, it is of benefit to MATE users.
