[Message part 1 (text/plain, inline)]
I have found that the enabled init.d script will cause this problem:
I removed the init.d script and its symlinks in /etc/rc*
Then I enabled the systemd script (display-manager.service)
and started it.
Then lightdm starts always and without errors.

Have a nice day.

LightDM service file should be enabled by default with installing, and systemd
should use it, not the init script.
