1.3 is an upstream development release, and as a result i have been asked
not to bring it to debian. If you wish to test it, please install the .deb
from ubuntu xenial

I repeat my request - We are getting closer to the Stretch freeze, and
no reply to this wish since 1.4 has been released (over half a year ago)
- Maybe we should remove catfish from Debian, since it isn't maintained?
