The attached patch resolves the clementine FTBFS by wrapping boost includes in
a way that causes the buggy qt4 moc to ignore them.

In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:

  * Wrap boost imports with '#ifndef Q_MOC_RUN // #endif' to avoid qt4 moc issues.
