libepoxy0 is a dependency of libgtk-3-0. Since it currently lacks
Multi-Arch: same, it prevents gtk3 from being installed for multiple
architectures. Since libepoxy already uses debhelper compatibility level
9, it also uses multi-arch paths already. Thus all that is missing is
adding the header. Please consider adding it.
