Dear Maintainer,
I get this error in MySQL error.err file as called by sys_exec

I have tried: apt-get install --reinstall libonig2 php5-cli libapache2-mod-php5 Reading
package

php5-cli is called by sys_exec

apt-get install --reinstall php5-cli gets same error.

it looks like your system is severely broken, could you attach
output of:

# apt-cache policy

# ldd /usr/bin/php5
