Version: 0.7.3-1

Dear Maintainer,

The latest Sphinx release (1.3.x) depends on alabaster. Namely,
sphinx/theming.py has unconditional "import alabaster".

Because of that, I am going to make python{,3}-sphinx depend on
python{,3}-alabaster. To avoid the circular dependency, can you
please downgrade the "Depends:" on your side to "Recommends:" for
both packages?

It looks to me that "import alabaster" will succeed even when
Sphinx is not installed (but not vice versa).

And if someone builds a package that needs alabaster, then that
package probably already build-depends on Sphinx anyway.

I will get the change made to the debian/control and get a new upload 
made ASAP. Unfortunately I'm away from my dev machine and unable to 
reach it until later to make the change right now.

anyway.
