Dear Maintainer,

On i386 architecture, package depends on xfce4-panel << 4.11 but the
dependency should be << 4.13 as it is on x86_64.

I've tried forcing the installation by changing the dependency, editing
control file, and the plugin works properly with the newer version of
xfce4-panel 4.12.

That's because it has been rebuilt against 4.10 libraries.

Sure. I think it's actually possible that plugins built against 4.10
will work fine with 4.12, but we usually add the breaks for safety.
