Hi,
While working on the "reproducible builds" effort [1], we have noticed
that taggrepper could not be built reproducibly.
The attached patch removes timestamps from the build system. Once
applied, taggrepper can be built reproducibly in our current
experimental
framework.

There hasn't seem to be any update on this bug in 549 days, in which
time the Reproducible Builds effort has come on a long way. :)
